Founder of The Swim House 🤍
Born and raised in sunny South Florida, I've always loved the water from boating and snorkeling to fishing with my family.
As a homeschooling mom of two and a swim instructor, I understand how important it is for children to learn to swim in a way that feels safe and encouraging.
I've seen firsthand how fear-based approaches can make learning stressful, so I focus on gentle encouraging instruction that builds confidence in kids while still focusing on safety.
I keep parents informed on progress so you always know how your child is doing and what we will work on next. Open communication is a priority for me.
My goal is for every swimmer to leave the pool feeling safe, capable of doing hard things and excited to swim again. I look forward to working with your family!
I'm so excited to be a part of The Swim House team!
As a native Floridian, I grew up around the water and spent much of my childhood in the pool or at the beach so I understand how important it is to be a strong, confident swimmer. Becoming a mom has made water safety even more meaningful to me.
I'm Red Cross certified as a swim instructor and also EMT and CPR certified, with safety always as my top priority. I love helping swimmers build skills, have fun, and feel safe every step of the way. I can't wait to work with you !
I've been in the water for as long as I could remember. I swam competitively from 5 years old and over the years I've also worked as a lifeguard and swim instructor for both summer camps and swim lessons, teaching swimmers of all ages and experience levels.
I'm originally from Massachusetts but absolutely love being in Florida - the sun, scuba diving and water heal my soul.
My approach to teaching is patient, encouraging, and focused on building confidence. Whether you or your child is just becoming comfortable in the water or working toward stronger swimming skills, I am so excited to grow with you!
